ONLINE COOKING SHOW GOES SOUTH FOR THE SUMMER
Web Chef Olga Valentina, Performs Cooking Demos, Dispenses Recipes, and Gives Entertaining Tips from Her New Dana Point, CA Kitchen Studio
This month, Chef Olga Valentina moves the TV kitchen set of her web show OlgaCooks.com to Dana Point, California. A film producer (credits include “The Frozen Ground” film starring John Cusack, fashionista (with two full rooms of shoes), and home trained cook; she's now stepping in front of the camera for her second season to share secrets of her native Russian cuisine with a SoCal twist.
“OlgaCooks.com is growing. We are making changes and I invite you all to share in my experiences from building my dream kitchen to exploring Orange County California! I’m unpacking my heels, meeting new guests, and dishing up delicious cuisine! Come eat and play with me in my revamped world and see what’s really cooking in and out of the kitchen!” says Olga Valentina.
This season’s shows include top chef guests like Larry Nicola of Nic's Beverly Hills, KABC L.A. Radio show host and author Susan Irby - The Bikini Chef, and more. Her food and beverage partners include Partida Tequila, Oliana Olive Oils, and even Nic’s Beverly Hills where you’ll find her Pierogi recipe, handed down from generation to generation, on the restaurant menu. Olga is a frequent speaker at events and on radio, as well as, featured in newspapers and magazines.
This summer, menus that can be found on Olga Valentina’s site and her You Tube channel feature some great ideas for parties, date night, and of course, cocktails! Scallops flambéed in tequila for a hot summer dish, a cool melon sorbet for dessert and a fresh watermelon mimosa are just a few ways Olga is expressing her mantra “the kitchen is not a prison.”
Olga Valentina is happy to be part of a new frontier in the online world of culinary arts and honored to be in the company of other multi-tasking talents, such as, model/chef Jourdan Dunn of “Well Done” on Jay Z's You Tube Channel.
