Old School RS: Reaching Ardougne for 60 coins, no prior requirements needed

Beginners in old school RuneScape can reach Ardougne for only 60 coins, without needing any quests or levels. Most beginners in old school RuneScape find reaching Catherby and Ardougne hard or expensive. This old school RuneScape travel method is affordable, though it does require some walking.

Travel to port sarim by walking, and take the boat to Musa point for 30 coins. Bring a few pieces of food with you in case you get attacked by NPCs.

At Musa Point, head west up the volcano to get to the Brimhaven gates. Here, be wary of the aggressive level 14 scorpions. Continue west through the gates and past some buildings. When you see the purple player owned house portal, turn north to head towards the coast. Pay 30 coins and sail to Ardougne. You arrive in the southern part of East Ardougne, near the bank.

From here, Seer's Village and Catherby are northeast and Port Khazard and Yanille are south.

For the price of walking across Musa Point, you save 1,200 coins that sailing to Port Khazard would have cost.
