The amazing new menu that was just launched from Old Major for fall and winter 2013. Renowned Executive Chef Justin Brunson and Executive Pastry Chef Nadine Donovan have unveiled several new items focusing on seasonal flavors and ingredients.
From the fall squash soup and the roasted beet salad from the “farmer” to the squid and grilled swordfish from the “monger” as well as the smoked pork shank carbonara, dry aged duck breast, smoked sausage and wild venison Carpaccio from the “butcher”, guests are sure to be satisfied at every visit.
To accompany the many dishes, Nadine has created her twist on the old classics including pecan pie and cheesecake as well as a French macaroon.
