Tomorrow Old Major will be launching its highly anticipated brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am-2:00pm. With spring just around the corner, award-winning, Executive Chef Justin Brunson and his crew thought it would be the perfect time to offer guests an amazing menu full of traditional brunch items with a twist.
Try the Ham and Biscuits with cheddar chive biscuits, house smoked ham, red pepper jam, and two eggs. Check out the Pork Breakfast Burger made from pork burger, DCB bacon, fried egg, American cheese served with pork fat french fries and pickles.
Order the Fried Chicken and Waffles with sriracha honey for a spicy take on the traditional sweet and salty favorite. And, of course, Old Major butchers and cures their own meats including the Smoked Pork Benedict and the Aspen Ridge Steak with Eggs and country potatoes.
