The Car known as the Old Farts Racing Team of So Cal a group of classic car owners held a Classic Car, Motorcycle and Fund Raiser Show. To raise money for recently fallen and injured Riverside Police Officers and families.
The Show took place on the streets of Rickenbacker, Orangewood and Winterhaven just off Jurupa Avenue.
The number of cars was limited to two hundred and the streets and parking lots were full of all kinds of cars, trucks, vans and hot rods. Ranging in all years sizes and colors.
There were a few vintage police vehicles on display among all the custom vehicles.
The Motorcycles numbered about twenty and were tucked into a back lot with the BBQ and Raffle prize tents. The line for the BBQ was long and completely went around the bike parking area.
One of the more interesting motorcycle was a “old lady in the shoe themed trike” owned by by Sherri Brown, it’s powered by a Volkswagen engine and has a Harley-Davidson Sportster front end.
People seemed to be enjoying the show as many had their lawn chairs and tables out enjoying the day.
