The Oklahoma Sooners men's basketball team is ranked for the first time since Blake Griffin was on campus and their first chance at defending their ranking comes tonight against the Kansas State Wildcats. According to Sooner Sports on Jan. 13, the Sooners No. 25 ranking is their first time in the polls since Nov. 23, 2009. Here is how fans can follow the Oklahoma Sooners vs. Kansas State Wildcats live stream tonight.

  • Date: Jan. 14
  • Time: 6 p.m. EST
  • TV: ESPN2
  • Radio: 107.7 FM (OKC)
  • Live Stream: WatchESPN

Last week, the Wildcats were in the Top 25 but after losing to Kansas last week, they fell from the polls and Oklahoma moved in thanks to knocking off Top 10, and previously unbeaten, Iowa State. The Big 12 is perilous for teams, though, as they have the most teams ranked in the Top 25 (five) in the nation. If Oklahoma gets past Kansas State tonight, they have a tough game on Saturday against the ranked Baylor Bears.

The Sooners are fifth in the nation in scoring offense (87.0) and first in the Big 12, and that is with tough games this season against teams like Michigan State, Kansas and Iowa State. However, they also rank last in scoring defense in the Big 12 (79.2 ppg). That makes most of OU's games shootouts. That might not come into play tonight since Kansas State is the opposite, ranked first in the Big 12 in scoring defense (59.8) and last in scoring offense (67.2).

The Oklahoma Sooners vs. Kansas State Wildcats live stream tips off at 6 p.m. EST.
