Oklahoma prisoners escape every now and then, but four prisoners allegedly escaped by crawling through the plumbing system from the shower room in their jail. According to a report from Monday (Oct. 28), two of the four that broke out have now been captured, but two of them are still unaccounted for. The incident itself was reported to have taken place on Saturday night (Oct. 26), with the two captures on Monday morning.
The names of the four men who got out of the Caddo County Detention Center are Dylan Ray Three Irons, 21; Prime Tounwin Brown, 23; Anthony James Mendonca, 24; and Triston Cheadle, 32. Three Irons and Brown were caught when they showed up at the Frisco Stop convenience store in Chickasha, leaving just two more fugitives on the loose. Cheadle was awaiting a jury trial on an armed robbery charge and Mendonca was waiting to be transported to a corrections facility.
At last report, there was no new information on the Oklahoma prisoners escape, but it's possible that the local authorities have leads in the case. After getting out through the shower system, it is also clear that the Caddo County Detention Center will have to go through some safety upgrades to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again.
