The business world has never liked being forced to direct attention in care or concerns over employees’ health. But in the recent age, the rise of health care has caused such a political concern it has grown. We all have to take a stand somewhere on the issues of our times, religious based businesses want this to be done on their grounds. Eventually these two social concepts were to meet and they have; now Hobby lobby is challenging the conditions of Obamacare. This will be interesting as the bases of religion and business are combined to ward off the political exchanges offered to society. The ending will only be considered by the highest court, but the real problem may not be so simple to solve.
Business tends to pass cost to others as the nature of dealing in monetary funds, to pass debits with the funds used to exchange. But someone has to be at the end the exchange chain, and this leaves them to pay-off all debits. The more debits forced through the chain, the more those at the end have to come up with in money to pay for it all. And pay for it all is what the consumers have been doing for so long, their funds are running short. This is the reason Obamacare was first considered, in line with all the other social programs which existed before this one. The population majority is being left to pay for all debits, may caused simply by the scandals seen in business or politics.
The political nature of caring for the citizenship must counter the nature of civilized progress taking us from the natural environment. As we move away more from the natural world, we must also make certain the systems created are reliable for the majority to survive through. Yet with each level of progress we see less available to those who need the most. But again, all of this by passing the business expenses along the same exchange chains we have already established. Thus there comes a time to take a stand, to offer to go no further in a direction which we know will not support a future.
There is always the consideration of taking “a leap of faith” but faith is given in religion, not necessarily to politics. Regarding this, Hobby Lobby and other religious conservative based businesses want to refuse certain conditions of the Obamacare program. They do not oppose offering better health care to the employees, but do oppose certain mandated conditions the program would demand. The main objection is over contractives being paid by the religious based businesses. Thus comes the challenges expected to Obamacare, and the courts are once again having to decide this program.
The eventually challenge based on religious grounds was seen coming form a long time, and has been gathering on all sides of the issue as well. This means we will once more seen a polarization of political forces, just as we did in the recent presidential election. But in all of this, those on both sides have forgotten the real issues, the real needs of the public and the debits to pay. They have focused so much upon themselves there is not one looking at the reality of our lives. The question presented is who is “looking outside of the box” in this matter?
The interest in this matter should be based on the public gains towards those debits which have been accumulating over the years. We can not continually expect the government to pay for the debits incurred by business operations. But can neither expect the mass public to accumulate all debits without the ability to pay for such with income. There must be a means to supply the common majority with more funds to support this every increasing move away from the natural world. It was not the common citizen who started this matter, but those who did are well protected and not moving to resolve it.
The end to this matter will have to come before the highest court, even then the matter will not be over, as it is the nature of courts to stall ending conflict. The political structure surrounding this will be interesting to take note of, for as events play out there will be opportunities to see well who is on what side and the arguments they make. But what is also of interest are those wanting to state they follow a religious business concept when in truth the world already knows they do not. In the end, the matter will not be decided easily for either side, as the real problems in society are not discussed by courts, instead allowed to continue so the courts gain funds for future battles.
