The Oklahoma City Police Burglary investigation team is asking for the public's help locating Paul Edward Factor, 46 who is suspected of a burglary attempt and stabbing a dog in the face with a pocket knife reported a press release issued by the City of Oklahoma City on Wednesday.

Nine months ago, in August, one of Jeff Beck's dogs was stabbed in the face at his place of business called Beck's Garage. The night of the incident, a neighbor told authorities someone had tried to break into her home. When the culprit wasn't successful, the neighbor said she heard a dog barking and just moments later heard the dog yelp in pain.

According to, when Beck arrived at his garage the next morning, his dog, Lucy was standing there with a pocket knife embedded four inches below her right eye.

Nothing was stolen.

A report of an intoxicated man and woman at a bar across the street attracted the attention of authorities. The man was reported to have had blood on his shirt. Eventually the man was tracked down to be the suspect; a warrant for his arrest was issued on Wednesday.

Fortunately Lucy survived, and suffered no permanent damage.
