In the nation's most horrific terrorist attack up until 9/11, the Oklahoma City bombing case has presented new information depicting a lazy FBI analysis of evidence that took 3 years to complete, along with 'redacted' or removed names from the official reports.
According to a report issued by Intelwire, it took the FBI lab nearly 3 years to analyze the cache of material found at the home of the alleged co-conpirator Terry Nichols. in addition, the final reports refer regularly to evidence collected from 'Timothy James McVeigh' and 'Terry Nichols,' but at least 2 other individuals were involved whose names have been removed from the reports. Blank spaces appear at the places where the names should be.
Examples of the redacted FBI reports can be found here and here. Note that on the next to the last page of the second report, in a section at the bottom designated, 'Results of Examination,' 4 names were originally listed as obvious suspects. McVeign and Nichols are listed. But spaces for 2 other names appear and are left blank. This means that 2 suspects named in the original report were removed by someone for some unkown purpose.
The Intelwire report also notes that Utah Attorney Jesse Tentadue sued the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act in order to discover information concerning the death of his brother in a prison cell just after the bombing. Tentadue sued the Bureau of Prisons for wrongful death and won. The prison was found to have covered up information concerning the death, claiming it was a suicide. Tentadue presented evidence that his brother was killed in a case of mistaken identity due to his resemblance to a suspected accomplice in the bombing, Richard Guthrie. Guthrie was also found dead in prison in 1996 under suspicious circumstances.
These facts are important due to the fact that it was at the Nichols house that secret FBI documents were discovered that link the Oklahoma City bombing to overeas terrorists. Conservative Examiner helped to break the story in a special edition on Thursday of this week, entitled, 'Declassified Documents Show Alleged Connection of OKC Bomb to Overseas Terrorists.'
That bombshell article was followed up yesterday with further revelations in 'More Disturbing Information on Overseas Terrorist Connection to OKC Bombing.'
The key evidence that the FBI withheld from the public is the alleged involvement of Iraqi agent Hussain Al-Hussaini, a Middle Eastern operative with ties to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Hussaini was allegedly a part of the Iraqi Special Services, which allegedly conspired to bomb the federal building in Okahoma City.
Not only has the CIA confirmed that Hussaini was seen regularly in the company of McVeigh and Nichols in the run-up to the bombing, but McVeigh and Hussaini were together when McVeigh rented the vehicle that contained the bomb. 3 witnesses also report seeing Hussaini on the morning of April 19, 1995 running from the federal building, practicing timing himself.
Thus, evidence is building that while McVeigh and Nichols were involved in the bombing, they were the 'patsies.' They were also the fall guys. The real perpetrators of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 are now lost somewhere in the world of Middle Eastern terrorism, and the FBI did a very sloppy job in its investigation. McVeigh was executed but the masterminds behind the terrorist attack were let off the hook, and the Clinton Administration successfully kept the focus off of the real story by hyping the 'homegrown terrorist' angle.
