In celebration of Ohio Dance Theatre’s 22 year, the company will be performing a program titled “Lines 22” at Hall Auditorium (located at 67 North Main Street in Oberlin, Ohio between the Allen Memorial Art Museum and the Oberlin Inn).
The mixed repertoire will feature a mixture of classical and contemporary ballet and will include such works as “Tabula Rasa”, Jane and Cassandra are Sisters”, “Chopin Dances”, “Per Chance To Dream”, “Construct” featuring dancer Marie Zvosec, “Swing” featuring the great swing music from the 30’s and 40’s.
This is one of those rare shows that literally has something for everyone and will introduce audience members to new ideas about dance. The lighting is phenomenal and the dancing exquisite. Come early and spend some quality time in the park across the street from the auditorium. There is free parking all around the venue.
