Ohio congressmen Boccieri, Wilson make Palin's 'Take Back the 20' list

COLUMBUS, Ohio - As if Ohio Democratic congressmen John Boccieri (OH-16) and Charlie Wilson (OH-6) don't have enough to worry about already, given the mid-term election angst running wild among voters this year, they can now rest a little less easy each night knowing Sarah Palin, the most ferocious momma grizzly of them all, has put crosshairs on their districts as two of 20 districts she says Republicans can reclaim this election cycle.

Listed on her new Web site, Take Back the 20, Boccieri, a rookie Democrat elected two years ago who served multiple tours in Iraq and whose district is in northeast Ohio, and Wilson, ending his second term representing a banana-shaped district mostly in southeast Ohio that was held for years by incumbent Ohio Democratic Gov. Ted Strickland, are among other Ohio Democratic congressman - like Mary Jo Kilroy of central Ohio, Steve Driehaus of Cincinnati and Betty Sutton of Cleveland - who find themselves the targets of directed fire from Republicans who, with the aide of Tea Party activists, are itching for Election Day to arrive, when they believe turnout of their base and malaise from Democrats will swing control of the U.S. House back to the GOP.

Palin writes that it's been six months since President Obama signed into law a new health care bill, and "despite overwhelming public dislike of Obamacare, we were told that Washington knows best and there was nothing to worry about." She said that Nancy Pelosi said Congress had to pass the bill so that Americans could “find out what is in it.” According to Palin, who has found fame, fortune and political power as a post-elected official following her and Arizona Sen. John McCain's unsuccessful run for the White House just two short years ago, "We found out that it’s even worse than we feared."

Palin asks her supports to donate money and to stand with her "against those who stood with Obama and Pelosi in voting for this disastrous bill." She says the Democrats from 20 districts Republicans carried in 2008 voted for Obamacare must be turned out of office.

Boccieri's GOP opponent is Jim Renacci, a former Mayor of the small town of Wadsworth, Ohio. Wilson is being challenged by Bill Johnson, now retired from the U.S. Air Force, who is credited with starting two small businesses that created jobs.

Palin says Renacci and Johnson are "good conservatives who will vote to repeal and replace Obamacare with patient-centered, results-driven, free market reform that provides solutions to people of all income levels without bankrupting our country."

"Let’s reclaim the power of the people from those who disregarded the will of the people. Don't get demoralized, get organized," she says, adding, "It's time to take a stand."
