Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting to see Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock on the big screen. On Sunday, Collider shared the official photos released for Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. Check out the photos here.
This film tells the story of a young boy that goes on a journey to find a message his father left him after he died in the attacks on September 11. Sandra Bullock plays the boys mother, and she spoke about the film in an interview shared by Flicks and Bits on Sunday. She said the following about why she chose the flm:
You watch this child struggle to find a meaning and an understanding, with logic, with science, the idea of, “There has to be an answer?” Which, as you get older, we learn that there’s not always a “Why?” Or a “Because” to a situation. Sometimes there’s just not an answer, and yes, it breaks your heart. Then to see this child want to have an understanding, or a gift at the other end of this key, once the key opens up the lock. What he finds is a gift, but not the gift that he expected. It was a story that I feel is relatable to a lot of people, all around the world. Dealing with grief.
This film has had its issues, but it will be released to theaters in limited release on Christmas Day with an expanded release in January. Fans are buzzing about this film and its stars on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Clear will be released to Scottsdale theaters on January 20.
