Apple Australia has posted the company's Black Friday deals aka 'The special Apple one-day shopping event'. Shoppers can expect the discounts posted in Australia to reflect those in the USA, Canada and elsewhere in the world.

Discounts are offered on a large amount of Apple items including the iMac computer, MacBook Pro laptop, iPod nano, iPod touch, Apple TV and new Multi-Touch Magic Mouse. There are also deals on select software titles and accessories such as laptop bags, speaker systems, headphones and iPhone/iPod cases.

Black Friday Apple store discounts 8% - 10% off

Judging by Apple Australia's advertised prices, shoppers in the US and Canada can expect to save between 8 to 10 percent on the selected sale items. Slightly better Black Friday iPod discounts have been seen on Amazon and other sites.

Shipping is free for all sale items as is custom engraving on all new iPods models.
