Odon Old Settlers Festival, Aug. 2014

This weekend you will find the Odon Old Settlers Festival in full swing. The festival started on August 5, 2014 and will continue until Saturday, August 9. Odon, Indiana is about a 2 hour drive from Indianapolis and would be a fun, inexpensive day trip. Parking, entertainment and admission are all free at the Odon Old Settlers Festival.

The theme for this years festival is Celebrating The Beatles 50th Anniversary. This is the 129th year for the Odon Old Settlers festival.

4pm-Judging begins at Floral Hall
5:30pm Line up for Parade
6:30 pm Parade
6pm Carnival Rides Open
7pm Presentation of Grand Marshal
7:30 Floral Hall opens until 9 pm
8-10 pm Cavern Beat

Wednesday August 6
6pm Carnival Rides Open
6:30 Talent Contest-Round 1
7 pm Floral Hall opens until 9pm
8-10 pm Pure Country Band

Thursday August 7
6pm Carnival Rides Open
6:30 pm Talent Contest Round 2
7 pm Floral Hall open until 9pm
7:30 Little Miss & Mr Contest
8-10 pm Terry Lee and the Rockaboogie Band

Friday August 8
1pm 50-Year Club
6pm Carnival Rides Open
6:30pm Talent Contest-Final Round
