Odd mom-son drug kiss: Pair nailed for passing Oxycodone in jail visit (Video)

Some mothers will apparently do anything for their sons. A mom-son drug kiss in a New York jail has led to trouble for both members of the family. The mother, Kimberly Margeson, was caught passing Oxycodone pills to her imprisoned son, William Partridge. The New York Daily News shared the details on Feb. 7.

It seems that mom and son's drug kiss raised eyebrows last week as the two allegedly French kissed during a jail visit so mom could pass drugs to her son. Kimberly Margeson, 54, was arrested and faces a felony drug count as well as a misdemeanor count of promoting prison contraband. She has pleaded not guilty. William Partridge, 30, is already jailed on a weapons offense, and he now also faces a misdemeanor for promoting prison contraband as well.

The Sheriff's Department report indicates that the mother put the Oxycodone pills in her mouth before entering the jail, and she tried to pass them to her son in the mom-son drug kiss. Police haven't indicated how the drugs were discovered in this strange but sad case.
