The latest reports of Nadya “Octomom” Suleman on welfare have gotten little response of empathy. On Sunday the gossip site TMZ reported that the mother of 14 once again decided to get government assistance after her projects of a strip tease and a soft porn video ran dry. While the $2,800 a month probably will help the single mother with her kids, the fans have less than kind words to share about the star.
Apparently, the empathy for the mother who makes it common knowledge about her welfare status has little support from those people who watch Hollywood. Ushering in a New Year with plenty of nasty words, the fans are becoming increasingly tired of the Nadya Suleman saga that hits the front page news almost on a monthly basis.
“Why do we care she is on welfare?” wrote F.R. Hadle on Twitter. “Did she send out a release or something?” With the majority of fans refusing to support the star's latest issue, it appears people aren't as angered that the star is on welfare as they are that she hasn't put effort into a sustainable occupation. “Porn money ran out? Too bad Suleman didn't choose school,” wrote another angered fan that seemed less than sympathetic.
While Octomom is looking at harsh critics online, it has also brought everyone back to the issue of whether the single mother can handle all her children. With so many people looking at Nadya Suleman once again, the new issues have people asking what she will do next for money if she is done selling skin.
