Ghor-Clan Rampager serves three purposes. You'll primarily want to keep it in your hand as a combat trick that can effectively destroy an opponent's bigger blocker. Attacking with an Elvish Mystic may cause your opponent to laugh, however it'll be their mistake when you deal the final game winning damage for just two mana. Alternatively you can cast it as a threat.
Ghor-Clan Rampager shines alongside Domri Rade, allowing you to have a "spells" in your deck.
