On Tuesday, August 27th, three students were waiting among their peers at their bus stop outside the Woodhill Apartments on Dorscher Road in Pine Hills. It was to be a normal day waiting for the school bus to head to school at Ocoee High.

As the students stood waiting with their laptops out in the open, they say they were approached by a man with a gun, demanding they turn their laptops over to him.
Parents and students are now being warned about having their new laptops out in the open. They are being urged to keep them out of plain site while not in the classroom.
There were no injuries in the robbery, but deputies have not yet made any arrests.
