Chicago Chef Week is a great opportunity for foodies and newbies to try fantastic local restaurants. Local chefs create special menus to highlight both seasonable ingredients and menu favorites at a budget friendly cost. This year's celebration will be held Monday, March 17 through Friday, March 21. Oceanique's chef-owner, Mark Grosz, has created a delicious specially-priced four-course menu, with choices, that will be available throughout the week in the restaurant. The special price is only $44 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Besides the Chicago Chef Week special menu, Oceanique has several other offers this spring. Tuesdays in March will feature fresh oysters. Oysters, either on the half shell or with rainbow trout caviar or roasted with saffron, will be $1 apiece. Guests can enjoy these in the bar/lounge area or in the main dining room.
Other March specials includes lobster. On Wednesdays throughout the month, Oceanique will present a special Lobster Entrée for ony $25. Also, Mondays in March are "no corkage" days for BYOB guests.
