To celebrate its anniversary and restaurant re-design, Chef Mark Grosz prepared a seven course dinner highlighting his vision of seafood in today's world influenced flavor profiles. Expertly paired with a selection of wines, the dinner invited diners to eat with their eyes as well as their taste buds.

The second course was as beautiful to look as as it was exquisite to taste. The buttery scallops almost melted in your mouth. The broth and kimchi brought spice that contrasted the sweetness of the scallops. The keen, subtle balance of the dish made it extremely successful.
The progression of the meal shows Chef Grosz attention to flavor balance. The carefully honed techniques and deft combinations are truly a delight. Diners do not have to be foodies to understand and appreciate these exquisite dishes.
For the romantic dinner for two or the special celebration, Oceanique would be highly recommended.
