There is a new raffle launching with the prize being an Orange County Chopper and the proceeds will go to two worthwhile charities: Snowball Express and Wounded Warrior Project.

The first opportunity to purchase tickets will be at the North Texas Patriot Guard Riders Meet & Greet at the Oasis Restaurant on Joe Pool Lake from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Saturday, January 25.

The tickets will be $10 each for 3 for $25 and the drawing will be held on Sunday, April 27.

Additionally, there will be a guest appearance by Taya Kyle who is the widow of fallen Navy Seal Sniper Chris Kyle.

Randy James of Lone Star 92.5 is launching his annual motorcycle contest with a call for entries at this link. Thee will be six bikes selected and the ones receiving the most online votes will have the chance to be on display during the 54th annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Dallas AutoRama.

The event will be held at Dallas Market Hall on February 14-16 and there will be three sweet prizes in the way of gift certificates to Longhorn Harley-Davidson in the amount of $500 for first; $350 for second, and $100 for third place.

The deadline to enter in 11:59 PM, Sunday January 26th.

Also, their Garage is open to members and non-members on Thursday thru Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM; by appointment on all other days.

In a true, WTF moment, Rick Fairless over at Strokers fired an employee for stealing parts. Any self-respecting thief would list the parts on CraigsList or Ebay....but, no. The thief in question was actually daft enough to try to sell the ill-gotten goods back to the very man he stole them from!
