Gym rats everywhere work out their arms, chest, abs and legs but they often forget their obliques. The oblique muscle runs along the side of the torso and is often overlooked when working out. When you see someone with a nice 6 pack stomach you can bet they worked on their obliques in the process. Here are a few quick and easy exercises :
Angle crunches: Just like regular crunches but you come up at an angle instead of straight.
Side crunches on a ball: Lay on your side instead of your back and do crunches.
Horizontal Leg Lifts: Lay on your side on a flat surface and lift your legs one at a time at an angle.
