Obamacare “kills” is one comment Rep. Michele Bachmann was recently quoted saying that has the public talking this week. According to the Huffington Post this Thursday, March 21, Michele Bachmann recently argued that President Barack Obama’s health care law may in fact “literally kill” people.
With the headline, “Michele Bachmann: Repeal Obamacare before it ‘literally kills’”, the Post noted that the well-known political figure appealed this Thursday to the House of Representatives to quickly repeal Obamacare, calling it a failure already.
"Repeal this failure before it literally kills women, kills children, kills senior citizens," said Bachmann firmly.
Bachmann’s Obamacare “kills” comment is one of the most recent from several House Republicans who are working to put an end to the health care plan, though they have been unable to do so, despite almost 40 separate appeals to repeal the plan in recent months.
Michele Bachmann noted that the people of America will ultimately “pay more and get less” if Obamacare begins. She continues to urge Washington to put an end to the already passed health law before Obamacare “kills.”
"Let's love people, let's care about people, let's repeal it now while we can," she said.
Focusing on that theme of love, Bachmann did speak to the CPAC this March 16, 2013, as well, calling conservatism the political stance as the very “movement of love.”
