Obamacare kills women and children according to Michelle Bachmann. On March 21, the Minnesota Post reported that Bachmann put Obamacare on blast during a floor speech in Washington on Thursday. On the third anniversary of the controversial healthcare system, Bachmann pointed out the flaws that she sees with Obama's plan.
"This is devastating for moms across America, for children across America, for senior citizens across America. Let’s repeal this failure before it literally kills women, kills children, kills senior citizens. Let’s not do that. Let’s love people, let’s care about people, let’s repeal it now while we can," Bachmann said.
Obamacare "literally kills women, kills children, kills senior citizens," proclaimed Bachmann. According to her, women depend more on their spouses for healthcare than the other way around. If "families" are not covered by the program, Bachmann feels that people will actually "die" because of this. While some people agree with her (and oppose Obamacare wholeheartedly), others feel as though an amendment can be made to change the way the system works.
