Atlantans like many Americans have become confused with Obamacare, because of the shutdown of the government. The Republicans position on Obamacare and the debt ceiling is mind boggling. Obamacare has become Obamascare, because the Republicans are not supporting Obamacare and President Obama policies. The nation is divided and many citizens are confused because congress is not putting the American people first in their decision making. For many Atlantans, this is not the America that they know. A government shutdown is not a popular action to move the country forward. Nor is a shutdown a way to ask Americans to have trust in their government. The first government shutdown was 17 years ago in 1996. Bill Clinton was the President of the United States. Like Obama, Clinton was also a democrat. Is this GOP conspiracy? The Republicans have failed to support the Abama Administration on certain issues. The government shutdown is entering the third week and no ending is in range of the vision of the American people to move forward.
Who is to blame for the government shutdown
Finger pointing continues from both sides in Washington. Who is to blame for the shutdown? Will the GOP and President Obama come to an agreement that will put American people back to work or will the government default on their debts. Many Americans are suffering due to the showdown. Republicans have agreed to meet with President Obama to start negotiations to end the shutdown. Is Obamacare the total blame for all of the layoffs and cuts? Congress should share some of the responsibility. President Obama should not be blamed for his concern for trying to provide all Americans with health care. Is this a good opportunity for businesses to blame Obamacare? Many businesses were planning on cuts and layoffs, before Obamacare. So they want to blame Obamacare to clear their conscience and accountability. We need someone to blame for our shortfalls, disorganization, and lack of leadership.
Be careful what you read and hear about Obamacare. Obamacare has helped many Americans without health coverage. Congress should support our President and Commander In-Chief. The American people deserve better from their leaders in Washington. For more information on the affordable health care or Obamacare, go to (Healthcare.com). God bless America.
