Congressman yells "You lie!" at Obama - Watch the YouTube video below...
During President Obama's all-important speech on health care reform, Congressman Joe Wilson screamed out "You lie!" (which some may have thought was "You liar!) causing boos to ensue.
Michelle Obama shook her head, reports Fox. (Watch below to see if they show it -- if not, YouTube surely has the First Lady's reaction to "You lie!")
John McCain said the "You lie!" scream was uncalled for.
Meanwhile, Twitter is lighting up with varying reactions to the "You lie!" scream at Obama, some funny, some angry, some unprintable.
Some contain the phone number and more contact info for Wilson.

Joe Wilson is a sad, pathetic representative of his party. He behaved like a schoolyard punk, a loser. Despite what this idiot believes (and he's dead wrong, of course), Wilson should accord the president respect when hosting the president during a joint session of Congress. That is how Democrats treat Republican presidents, and how Republicans treat Democratic presidents. It's respect for the office, and for the man who won the election soundly. Wilson (and commenters here such as Jon Ross and Mark L.) can't be taken seriously, and they won't be. They will be left behind in this important debate.

Maddow just reported that Obama's proposal stated that people who are here illegally are NOT covered. Wake up people. The Republicans are telling you lies. These are the same people who told you about death panels.
Once again... easier to call the President a liar than to state facts. Nice spin: if the Democrats voted against the REPUBLICAN version of mean spirited anti-immigration wording in the bill...then they must want to cover undocumented immigrants. Simply not true. There is nothing in the bill that would allow undocumented people to be covered by health insurance. Keep on listening to the talking points -- you'll remain forever in the dark.

Why should we believe Obama? He campaigned very specifically on the promise of "no mandates for people to carry insurance" and then came out in full support of it tonight.
On the illegal immigrant issue, I believe in compassionate treatment of immigrants and I believe in open borders, but I don't want to pay for the healthcare of everyone in my neighborhood, let alone city, let alone state, let alone country. Now we are being asked to pay for the healthcare of anyone who chooses to come here to get it? Please ... we need some more workers to pay for all that. Send in some worker bees, please. If you have a larger group say 300 million you spread the risk. it is the entire premise of insurance, problem is it is for profit and you and I are the ones who pay the shareholders of these companies. brain tumors, cancer, and most medical condition are not "choices" they happen in every walk of life without discrimination. why should our method of coverage discriminate against those things we cant control. HEALTHCARE MUST BE PORTABLE AND UNAFFECTED BY PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS.
