In today's article we will cover Obama's radical ties to the Weather Underground.
The Weather Underground –Unfortunately, the brainwashed and biased American Press has failed to inform the American people about this group. The Weather Underground has been overlooked, because it has been essentially defunct since Barrack Obama was 10 years old. The principle of the matter isn’t weather or not Mr. Obama was involved with the Weather Underground, but to learn more about the organization; because of more recent personal and professional ties of Obama that are linked to the group. So who is the Weather Underground? What ties does this organization have to President Barrack Obama?
In summary the Weather Underground was a radical group formed in 1969 by a student faction of the “Students for a Democratic Society” (SDS). Their views were Anti-Imperialist, Feminist and Black Liberationist. The group declared a state of war against the United States Government and following the declaration of war; conducted a series of bombings throughout the United States, mostly government buildings and banks. They bombed the U.S. Capitol,March 1, 1971, the Pentagon May 19, 1972 and the State Department building January 29, 1975. The Weathermen grew out of the “Revolutionary Youth Movement”, (RYM); a faction of the (SDS). The Weather Underground and the RYM were responsible for “The Days of Rage” in October 1969; which commenced with a bombing in Chicago, and included a jail break and days of violent protest.
The Weathermen derived their name from a Lyric in a Bob Dylan song “The Subterranean Homesick Blues”. The lyric sang; “You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows”. This lyric was also the title of a position paper that was distributed at a SDS conventionin Chicago; June 18, 1969. The paper called for a “White Fighting Force” to become allied withthe Black Liberation Movement (Black Panthers) in order to fundamentally change America to a“Classless society” and a “World Communism”. Founding members of the Weatherunderground Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, have been linked to the President of The UnitedStates Barrack Obama.
Before I introduce you to Bill Ayers; I would like to let you know that the weathermen are now a defunct group that was broken up after many of the key member were arrested and imprisoned in the 1970’s. The FBI was able to get a mole inside; an undercover agent, before they were disbanded. What this agent uncovered is appalling.
The following transcript was taken from FOX News show’s Glenn Beck; when Beck had played the video of the only successful FBI agent to infiltrate the organization. The agent revealed the organization’s plans for America:
LARRY GRATHWOHL, FBI AGENT:“I brought up the subject of what is going to happen after we take over the government. You know, we become responsible then for administrating 250 million people.
And there was no answer. And no one had given any thought to economics, how are you going to clothe and feed these people. The only thing that I could get was that they expected that the Cubans and the North Vietnamese and the Chinese and the Russians would all want to occupy different portions of the United States.
“The immediate responsibility would be to protect against what they call against the counter-revolution.
And they felt that this counter-revolution could best be guarded against by creating and establishing reeducation centers in the Southwest, where we would take all the people who needed to be reeducated into the new way of thinking and teach them how things were going to be.
I asked, well, what is going to happen to those people that we can't reeducate, that are die-hard capitalists? And the reply was they would have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated that they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say "eliminate," I mean kill — 25 million people.”
Can anybody say FEMA Camps and HR645? It’s no secret that almost everyone of the now defunct group has very close ties to the Obama administration and that they are behind many of those currently serving the administration. These are the people of numerous special interest groups that are influencing the legislation and decisions currently being made by the Obamamites. Still doubt that Uncle Stupid wants to send us to Summer Camp? Now I’d like to introduce you to Bill Ayers.
Bill Ayers –Bill Ayers is a former member of the now defunct Weather Underground and is an admitted
unrepentant terrorist for the bombings the Weather Underground executed in the 1970’s. Ayers also, in his own written record equated U.S. Marines with terrorists. On 9/11 Ayers was quoted in The New York Times as saying:
"I don't regret setting bombs. I don't think we did enough."
What is interesting is that although President Obama has been noted as being connected to Mr. Ayers; he continues his stance to down play the relationship between the two as in his own words, “A guy who lives in my neighborhood," but "not somebody who I exchange ideas from on a regular basis." It is a fact that Mr. Ayers holds a slightly deeper relationship with Mr. Obama than simply living in the same neighborhood. The two men served on the board for the Woods Fund in Chicago.
Politico, who first covered the relationship, reports that Obama visited the household of the
Ayers in Chicago early in his political career:
“In 1995, State Senator Alice Palmer introduced her chosen successor, Barack Obama, to a few of the district's influential liberals at the home of two well known figures on the local left: William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn...."I can remember being one of a small group of people who came to Bill Ayers' house to learn that Alice Palmer was stepping down from the senate and running for Congress," said Dr. Quentin Young, a prominent Chicago physician and advocate for single-payer health care, of the informal gathering at the home of Ayers and his wife, Dohrn. "[Palmer] identified [Obama] as her successor”
The Washington Post also points out:
“Ayers contributed $200 to Obama's state senate reelection campaign in 2001.”
Here is an excerpt from Fox news that was ran during August of the 2008 presidential
campaign:
“Documents released Tuesday by the University of Illinois at Chicago shed some light on Barack Obama's relationship with William Ayers, a founding member of the 1960s and 1970s radical group the Weather Underground. Obama's association with Ayers, who now teaches at the university, has become an issue in the Illinois senator's presidential campaign. The Weather Underground took credit for several nonfatal bombings on targets that included the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol, and critics accuse Obama of rubbing elbows with an unabashed 1960s radical. Obama has said that, although he knew Ayers as a professor involved in community outreach efforts in Chicago, he doesn't share Ayers' extreme views.
The massive collection of newly released documents -- 140 boxes full of them – includes agendas that clearly put Obama and Ayers in the same room for meetings of Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an educational initiative that Ayers was instrumental in starting and that Obama chaired in the 1990s.”
{Ayers Unrepentant for Weather Underground's Violence in 1960s, 1970s} The initiative was funded by $49.2 million from the Annenberg Foundation with the intention of establishing community partnerships that would improve schools. News was among several news organizations that reviewed the university's records by appointment. In one agenda, a March 15, 1995, meeting featured Obama making introductions and Ayers giving a briefing. But more than a year later, Obama pushed the group to be bolder in its reforms, according to the Associated Press, which also reviewed the documents. Minutes from an October 1996 gathering show that Obama, a guest at a meeting of the collaborative, raised questions about what the group should be doing.
The AP reports the minutes characterized Obama's concerns as twofold: Whether the group was raising additional money and whether money was being used "to prop up existing organizations as opposed to creating fresh educational practices in the schools?" "At the end of five years, will we have broken the mold? Not much seems to be bubbling up that is inspiring or substantive," the minutes say,
paraphrasing Obama. Even so, Stanley Kurtz, a contributing editor for the conservative magazine National Review, thinks Obama's association with Ayers should raise questions in the minds of voters who wonder of Obama is as mainstream as he claims to be. "The fact that Obama and Ayers were working together stems from the pretty sharp left-leaning ideology that both of them shared to some extent," Kurtz said.”
To reply to Mr. Kurtz’s comment about voter curiosity being aroused in regards to Obama being as “mainstream as he claims to be”; it’s clear that the “SHEEPLE” of America simply can’t get enough of reality TV. They are more concerned about the latest drama sitcom, sports program, MTV, BET, CMT video and video games than they are the state of the union. The average American is so liberalized by the mainstream media, that they don’t feel one’s past affiliations have any explicit effect on the future. For the most part it seems as if once more in America “the trendy thing to do is the right thing to do.” Obama was fresh, hip and trendy in 2008 and the “SHEEPLE” of America went with the trend. Ayers and Davis are not the only questionable affiliations that our President has been connected to.
ACORN – It may be no surprise to some to hear that the American President is connected to a radical group named ACORN, with all of the 2008 campaign and pre election hoopla that was thrown around; but what is ACORN to the average American? I hate to say it but the American populous is nothing more than a flock of sheep, thus the previous term “SHEEPLE” was used. Almost everyone in the United States has heard of ACORN by now, but what is it really? ACORN stands for (Association Of Community Organizations For Reform Now). ACORN is what is known as a “Community Organizer Group” and is the largest radical group in the US with “a 1960s-bred agenda of anti-capitalism, central planning, victimology, and government handouts to the poor.” If it sounds like it promotes socialism, Marxism or Communism, you’re right.
ACORN was born out of the National Welfare Rights Organization of the mid 1960’s. The NWRO was founded by George Wiley and was developed to push thousands of single minority mothers into flooding welfare offices across the USA. The response was overwhelming. From 1965 to 1974, the number of single-parent households on welfare went from 4.3 million to 10.8 million. By the early 1970s, one person was on the welfare rolls in New York City for every two working in the city’s private economy.
ACORN has been in the news many times over scandal since its conception. Two of ACORN’s most famous scandals are the “voter registration fraud scandal” and the most recent scandal where, two investigative reporters posed as a pimp and a prostitute and engaged ACORN representatives in several locations throughout the US; and asked for advice on how to set up a prostitution ring of under aged illegals to fund the pimp’s campaign for congress. The most recent scandal was video recorded and aired nationwide. FOX News broke the story. It is also interesting to know who supports ACORN.
Here is what a former FBI Agent, who commented to the press about a Bill Ayers video has to say about ACORN:
“Keep in mind, ACORN is founded by these former Weather Underground. Even Progressives for Obama is Ayers and Dohrn founded. Project vote was founded by Zach Pollett. Tom Hayden ,Senator, founder of MoveOn.org, former husband of Jane Fonda, is former Weather Underground. Wade Rathke, founder of Acorn, is another one. So is Drummond Pike. Pike founded Tides.”

“Zach Pollett, for instance, was Project Vote’s executive director and Acorn’s political director,until July, when he relinquished the former title. Mr. Pollett continues to work as a consultantfor Project Vote through another Acorn affiliate.”
Obama’s Fight The Smears website says:
“Obama has admitted to working for Project Vote in 1992 when he ran a “successful voter Registration drive”. He continues to say, “ACORN was not part of Project Vote”.
Mr. Obama is right; but Project Vote was part of ACORN. It is also no secret that Mr. Obama was once the attorney for ACORN in 1995 and was known as a rather large attraction for speaking engagements at ACORN functions. Then, Lawyer Obama was also a revered trainer of ACORN at their Chicago conferences. It is also notable that Attorney Obama participated in a landmark case to force the state of Illinois to implement the federal Motor Voter Law. That law’s loose voter registration requirements would later be exploited by Acorn employees in an effort to flood voter rolls with fake names. The fact is that ACORN helped make Obama the man he is today. In the mid 1990s, ACORN and the SEIU partnered with other leftist groups to help form the Marxist New Party, a political coalition. In 1995, Obama sought out their nomination. He was successful in obtaining that endorsement and used a number of New Party volunteers as campaign workers.
Ayers, Dohrn and Pollett are not the only Weathermen, Leftist extremists to be part of ACORN; former Weatherman, Wade Rathke is the founder of the Association. However, Rathke the founder of ACORN; has been out of the loop for sometime because of his involvement in a nearly-$1 million embezzlement scandal. He then founded ACORN International. ACORN has had its federal funding cut recently over charges of widespread corruption among many of its affiliate offices across the country. The organization was captured on video advising a pair of undercover journalists from BigGovernment.com on how to evade taxes and set up a brothel featuring underage child sex slaves. What does the president have to say about this group’s behavior, a group in which he has been affiliated with for nearly 20 years? He was recorded in a television interview making a comment that basically stated that; “the nation has much larger than ACORN; and that he was not even aware of the media attention that had been given to the matter”. Once again the presidential slip.
