The terrorist detention center in Guantanamo Bay was built to house terrorists captured during the War on Terror.
Most of the terrorists detained at Guantanamo Bay were "captured on the battlefield" in Afghanistan or they have direct links to Al Qaeda, such as those featured in the following videos:
President Obama, on only his second day in office, hastily directed that the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility be closed, even though Obama had no plan where he would put the terrorists now detained at Guantanamo.
Earlier this week, amid complaints that the terrorist detainees might be brought to the U.S., House Democrats rejected Obama's request for $50 million to relocate prisoners from Guantanamo.
The Wall Street Journal explains that the Obama Administration has found it necessary to shift 180 degrees on the military commissions put in place during President George W. Bush's administration.
Obama, during the campaign, called that legal process "an enormous failure" and suspended it when he ordered Gitmo closed. According to the Journal the Obama Administration may soon announce that the military commissions will be reactivated, with a few tweaks to the rules of secrecy and evidence to attempt to appease the human-rights lobby.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell got it right back in February when he said the the terrorists should be left in the Guantanamo jail.

If Obama and Holder allow ANY of these terrorists to roam free in America, they should both be IMPEACHED or shot!
