Rasmussen reports President Obama's Presidential Approval Index hit +3, a new low for Obama.
The tracking Poll shows that 34% of the nation's voters strongly approve of Obama's performance, while 31% strongly disapprove. Rasmussens's Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who strongly disapprove from the number who strongly approve.
Obama's poll numbers began falling to earth as the Obama Presidency reached the 100-day mark, but slowed after the Presidential Approval Index hit +4.
Obama's propaganda war failed to reverse Obama's negative poll trend.

"strongly approve" is a pretty loaded word, don't you think? I voted for Obama and support him, but do not strongly approve of everything he has done. However, his approval rating, which would be a much more honest way of poling this question is around 60%. Nice try though.
