Obama rushes to save 'Satan-worshipers,' yawns at Christian slaughter

"It has taken the suffering of devil-worshippers to get his attention and rouse him to action."

Meleck Ta'us

After years of the systematic slaughter of the Middle East's Christian minority, Barack Obama has finally decided to take military action against the perpetrators of unspeakable violence against religious minorities, in this case the al-Qaeda-allied terrorists of ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham) as reported by The National Post (of Ottowa, Canada) on Aug. 8, 2014. However, Bryan Fischer of the Renew America news portal, also published on Aug. 8, 2014, claims the ISIS attacks on the 40,000 members of Yazidi sect trapped on northern Iraq's Mt. Sinjar are not only the catalyst for the U.S. airstrike, but Fischer openly asks why has the American Commander-in-Chief ignores the cries of Christians, but springs into action when, as described by Fischer, "Satan-worshippers" are threatened.

While many in the Western media describe the Yazidi's religious belief as a mixture of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, they actually have at least some of their beliefs founded in ancient Mesopotamian and Persian belief. Only with the advent of both Christianity and Islam in their traditional homeland in Kurdistan did the Yazidi incorporate their theology with heavy doses of each.

The Yazidi (Êzidî or Yazata which loosely translates to "Divine Being" or "God") have seen two U.S. Navy F/A-18 warplanes each singularly drop a 500 pound bomb on the ISIS fighting positions leading up to Mt. Sinjar. In the meantime the U.S. Armed Forces has helicoptered a few pallets worth of MREs and bottled water for the unarmed men, women and children trapped on the mountain. In the meantime, Catholic Online reports on Aug. 8, 2014 that ISIS has is not only started beheading Christian children in the city of Mosul, the "children's heads are being erected on poles in a city park."

As seen on the video (above), there is still disagreement here in the United States if the Yazidi are in fact monotheists or worshipers of The Lord of the Flies. Nonetheless of who, how or what the ethnically Kurdish Yazidi worship, Fischer apparently goes to great lengths to stress that the main thrust of his argument isn't the Yazidi belief system, but rather, what it takes for the Chief Executive to take action:

The point here is certainly not to criticize President Obama for taking action to relieve their suffering. The point here is that he has shown no empathy or inclination to intervene to stop the wholesale slaughter of Christians by Muslims in the same part of the world. It has taken the suffering of devil-worshippers to get his attention and rouse him to action.

According to the Yazidi sacred scripture, the Mashaf Res (The Black Book) their belief is that God gave seven angels dominion of the world, with the angel Melek Ta'us (The Peacock Angel) as the leader of the seven. The other name of used for the Peacock Angel is Shaytan, is the same word found in the Islamic Koran for Satan.

When God commanded Melek Ta'us to bow to Adam, the Peacock Angel refused God, referring that he was too great a being, and thusly refusing God.

While there is still disagreement among some Jews, Christians and Muslims to the ecclesiastical status, according to the Encyclopedia Satanica, the devil-worshipers cite the Yazidis as their own:

Before Christ came into this world our religion was paganism. King Ahab was from among us. And the god of Ahab was called Beelzebub. Nowadays we call him Pir Bub. We had a king in Babylon, whose name was Bahtnasar; another in Persia, whose name was Ahsuras; and still another in Constantinople, whose name was Agrikalus. The Jews, the Christians, the Moslems, and even the Persians, fought us; but they failed to subdue us, for in the strength of the Lord we prevailed against them. He teaches us the first and last science.
