June 30 was not a good day President Obama, who has acknowledged that he has the power, along with a pen and a phone, to override the Constitution, mandated law, and today, the Supreme Court.

In a press conference from the Oval Office, Barack Obama moved into an area only reserved for monarch rule by saying he will use Executive Orders to deal with both immigration and the high court in light of the court's ruling today that businesses can opt out of the Obamacare birth control mandate based on religious convictions and premises.

Upon the Supreme Courts 5-4 ruling in favor of the defendant Hobby Lobby, Barack Obama went public in decrying that this settlement by the high court would jeopardize the health of all women, despite the fact that the only portion of the healthcare law that can be waived is birth control tied directly to abortions. In all other cases, religious based businesses and organization will have to insure prescriptions of birth control that work in the normal function of halting pre-conception pregnancies.

In another part of his televised press conference, the President reiterated that he intends to execute any number of Executive Orders to facilitate forms of amnesty and immigration reform since Congress has not fulfilled his doctrine and agenda regarding illegal immigrants on American soil, despite the fact that a majority of Americans being against new immigration laws.

In an unplanned press conference President Obama will address his immigration reform at 1450ET through executive action. No lesser man than Cantor-buster Dave Brat opined that the President's policies "sound nice", like "the Kids’ Act, the DREAM Act, the ENLIST Act," but did little to address the growing influx of children. “The reason we have those thousands crossing the border is because of poor policy in the first place,” Brat added. - Zerohedge

The reason there is a Constitution in place in America is to ensure that no single branch of government holds greater power over the other two when it comes to the law, the validity of law, and the execution of those laws. And as President Obama has consistently stated time and time again, he believes he holds the power to override both Congress and the Supreme Court on existing laws and in their interpretations.
