The Obama regime that has taken the Bush regime's targeting individuals a step further by authorizing CIA targeted killings of Americans including civil and human rights defenders, has filtered down into states such as Gulf states where individuals are being intimidated in unprecedented numbers, and into states such as Pennsylvania.
"Pcola" Gregg Hall, who has been documenting and reporting human rights abuses along the Gulf of Mexico beaches, is among the latest to report being targeted. His videos and comments have been removed from Facebook following attacks on him. As most Targeted individuals report, lies are used.
False rumors have been spread about Hall to discredit him. The secret program often involves a system of lies spread about the target to cause joblessness and thus homelessness. Infiltrators are deployed in whichever location the target tries to find refuge - in the community, organizations, places of work.
Hall stated today to the Examiner that "this is an organized group" determined to prevent his work exposing oil industry atrocities involved in the Deepwater Horizon/BP explosion and so-called "clean-up."
The doctor in the Gulf Coast Region that had been doing VOC blood work to test patients suffering with signs of poisoning was attacked. He quit offering this service out of fear due to threatening phone calls.
Wilma Subra's similar Cointelpro mafia attacks were documented on prime-time TV in Australia thanks to Special Broadcasting Service. Among other threats to life, a window near where Subra was working one evening had a bullet fired through it. (Dupré, D. Matt Smith, director of Project Gulf Impact has experienced threats including being kept under surveillance, and had two men in black pounding on his door late at night. (Dupre, D. Stalking specialist psychiatrists Emmelkamp and Kamphius refer to this type of surveillance as extreme stalking. This extremism includes multi-stalkers unknown to the victim, pet killings, and attacks with weapons among other tactics the target endures for many years, often for life.
Such is the life of Targeted Individuals (TIs).
Unadulterated fascism in America
Gary Franchi of the Reality Report explains in Report #62 Youtube below blows the lid off of how Pennsylvania Homeland Security has been targeting innocent individuals critical of the human rights abuses involved in the oil and gas industry.
These Pennsylvania individuals are now on a secret hit-list that an Israeli company was hired to manage.
Although Pennsylvania governor has apologized, the activists say that more than an apology is needed. An investigation into the "phony" war on terror and "terrorists" is past due.
Washington’s Blog recently reported, "Indeed, police have been terrorizing children, little old ladies and other “dangerous” people who attempted to protest peacefully."
Targeted Individuals include not only people who participate in peaceful demonstrations or report human rights abuses. Other Targeted Individuals are having their lives ruined by a well-organized covert operation in communities throughout the U.S. Anyone can be reported and anyone's name can be added to the secret so-called watch-list - more accurately termed a hit-list.
Neighbors are recruited and paid to spy on, lie about and conduct harassment activities of innocent, peace-loving Americans on the list. The community harassment, character assassination and mobbing dirty tricks are used for the subsequent job loss, social isolation, homelessness and feeling of helplessness. Combine those tactics with covertly applied new weapon assaults as many targets report and what is seen if the "war on terror."
Most Americans, often including those closest to the target, remain in denial about the secret state system, its recruits and attacks, even when explained in detail to them. People choose to refuse to believe it. It isn't on TV so it cannot be true.
Targets are thus left in a continual vulnerable situation for further assaults.
