John R. Bolton
On April 6, 2009, John R. Bolton, former Ambassador to the United Nations, quoted President Barack Obama as saying that launching of another missile by North Korea would be "provocative." Apparently it was for North Korea because it launched another missile on May 24, 2009, tweaking (to pinch and pull with a jerk and a twist) Obama's nose once again.
In "Obama's NK Reaction: More Talks" that appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Bolton, said that just before the prior missile launch, U.S. Special Envoy for North Korea Stephen Bosworth revealed--just a few days before that launch--that he was ready to visit North Korea and resume the six-party talks once the "dust from the missiles settles." North Korea response was to fire another missile.
It was already obvious to Bolton that Obama had no plans whatsoever about how to deal with North Korea except to wring his hands, spout more rhetoric, and to scold the country's erratic leader.
Bolton did not excuse the former Bush administrations attempts at diplomacy and the UN Resolutions which military and economic sanctions on North Korea that accomplished nothing. However, he is dismayed that as Iran and North Korea expand their missile programs, Obama is planning deep cuts in the U.S. missile defense program.
President Obama May 25, 2009 response to the latest missile launch
North Korea is directly and recklessly challenging the international community. Such provocations will only serve to deepen North Korea’s isolation. It will not find international acceptance unless it abandons its pursuit of weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery.
Pyongyan has heard that song before; has it become an incentive for it to enlarge its missile program as it is apparent that Obama comes from weakness, not strength. North Korea and Iran have come to realize that they have nothing to fear from the politicians that now occupy the White House. Obama's words only encourage them both to obtain more concessions.
Bolton continues:
...Iran and North Korea see an American president so ready to bend his knee for public favor in Europe that the mullahs' wish list for U.S. concessions will grow by the minute.
Russia and China...as friends of Iran and Korea...conclude that achieving their large agendas with the new administration won't be too hard.
So on May 25, 2009, Americans are meant to be impressed by the rehetoric from Obama who thinks he can talk his way out of any situation. However, Pyongyang is exactly where it wants to be: it shoots off missiles and while Obama shoots off his mouth.

There is simpleton in the White House and N. Korea and Iran know it.
The Dog of the North can never be trusted. How many more times does it take for our Presidents to get that?

Pyongyan say Obama who speaks with the idiot box can't be trusted
I've never purchased anything that had Korea stamped on the bottom of it, and it worked. With a little luck and a miss-fire, they will hit Iran and problem solved.
I'm sure the U.N. will handle it-Right?
