Obama Kisses Dirt with New Presidential Poll Numbers – Total Failure his Legacy?

Conservative Americans certainly did not need a genie to wish Obama’s poll numbers into a free fall, because according to the latest Fox News poll he has done this quite on his own. On Wednesday, the news network released poll numbers that may have caused former disgraced President Richard Nixon to blush who was embroiled for two years with the Watergate controversy.

Obama has beaten his own worst job performance numbers from November 2013, when they dipped to 40 percent approval after the disastrous Obamacare launch. Now, less than four out of ten or 38 percent of Americans feel that Obama is doing a swell job, according to Fox News.

Nixon, on the other hand who vacated the Oval office in total disgrace, had Gallup approval numbers lingering around 25 percent in March of 1975. according to the Roper Center. One can only imagine what Obama’s poll numbers would be if the mainstream media had fully covered the White House cover up of the Benghazi terrorist murders of four Americans or the IRS Tea Party, or U.S. Justice Department targeting of reporters. The ghost of Nixon is probably writhing.

Of course the president came into office with the vibrant but totally elusive “Hope and Change” mantra that guaranteed to change the world’s opinion of America from the bad old Bush ways to the new optimistic glad-handing apologist ways of the naïve occupant of the White House.

It seems even that strategy has exited stage left because, according to Fox News, Obama’s most favored supporters the independents, say that say “the White House has mostly failed in every area tested, including 68 percent who feel that way on improving America’s image,” reported Fox News.

Then there is the current turbulence in the Ukraine which former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin and 2012 Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney warned the nation about Obama’s fecklessness in dealing with Vladimir Putin and the former “Evil Empire.”

The Ukraine crisis has exposed another weak spot in the president’s quiver which had been a strong weapon for his 2012 reelection. Now the Fox News poll shows that a clear majority of Americans distrust his handling of foreign affairs, with now only 33 percent approving his handling of crises like the Ukraine.

So much like Richard Nixon who got kicked to the presidential curb by Watergate, Obama still has a myriad of unknown and known scandals just brewing which may show him the same door Nixon had to take in 1975 when he was forced to resign.
