Obama hypocrisy is on full display. The past week the House passed a continuing resolution measure to fund the government in the upcoming fiscal year except Obamacare. The House also is refusing to raise the debt ceiling. The current national debt is just under $17 trillion.
Now Obama is objecting to the House position on the increase and claiming Republicans are resorting to extortion. His hypocrisy knows no bounds. As a senator, he vehemently opposed raising the debt ceiling under President Bush’s term and said raising the debt ceiling was a failure of leadership. Obama personifies failure and hypocrisy.
When Obama was campaigning for president in 2008 and debt was $8 trillion, he blasted Bush for being irresponsible and unpatriotic. Now the debt is nearly doubled, Obama claims America should pay its requirements.
Obama and Democrats are saying the Republicans want the government to shut down. That is false. The House is actually listening to their constituents. House Speaker Boehner said Friday, “The American people don’t want the government shut down and they don’t want Obamacare.” Countless polls indicate over 70% of the country doesn’t want Obamacare. They are obviously oblivious to reports where large corporations such as Walgreens, Sea World and the Cleveland Clinic either are reducing head count or removing employees off their corporate health insurance plans.
Obama promised the country people could keep their health insurance plans and premiums would decrease. Quite the opposite is happening. In brazen hypocrisy, Obama exempted federal employees from enrolling into Obamacare but the rest of the country is required to seek their own plan or enroll in the exchange programs
Democrats are accusing the Republicans of shutting down the government. The House just voted to fund government. Democrats are the ones threatening to shut down the government.
Obama and the Democrats are deceiving the public to protect their personal pride. But deception comes easy for Democrats. That’s what put Obama in the White House.
Final Thought: Don’t expect former Governor Grabhold to don a hoodie in honor of Kenis Green, the young boy gunned down in Detroit earlier this month.
