Something happened in Orlando on Wednesday evening that didn't get much notice in the mainstream media. What was it? A well-planned pro-government healthcare demonstration organized and sponsored by globalist billionaire George Soros' MoveOn.org was successfully countered by local patriots brought together by local Tea Party organizer Lisa Feroli. No big money, no fancy signs, just about one hundred Orlando area citizens fed up with this Administrations' push toward the government taking over one sixth of the economy.
So why should this have been a bigger story in Orlando? Not withstanding the fact that MoveOn.org is funded by Soros and has the full backing and blessing of Obama's Chicago-style thuggish political machine the video does not lie. What it shows,however, is that many in the mainstream press do lie, either overtly or by omission - as in not reporting the truth about the Tea Parties and the Patriot Movement. While Obama and his minions have most of the mainstream press literally eating out of their hands and actively promoting their radical Marxist agenda, what the above video demonstrates is not simply that this agenda isn't "resonating" with the people, but that Americans are rejecting it outright in ever increasing numbers. This pro-Obamacare event was hyped to be bigger than the August 22 Tea Party. Again, the video reveals the truth. While the Wednesday evening event could berely be seen, the August 22 even was overflowing the grounds of Lake Eola Park.
The moral of the story is not to believe the hype. The Administration along with many in the mainstream press would have us to believe that only a tiny minority of Republicans in the Congress and some "redneck domestic terrorists" are blocking passage of a bill that would benefit the entire country. The fact is that if the bill was as good as they say, they could ram it through because they have the numbers to do so even without a single Republican vote. That they are afraid to do so speaks volumes. What Pelosi, Reid and Obama really want is plausible deniability, because they know exactly what the bill is: a means for the Federal government to irrevocably insert itself into the lives of the people and encroach on their liberty on an unprecedented scale.
The fact of the matter is that, as noted in a previous article, the Patriot Movement is alive, well, and growing exponentially throughout Central Florida, -and across the nation- and so long as this Administration and Congress continues its assault on the Constitutional rights of the people, this trend will doubtless continue.
