A comment about an Obama fake mustache is making national headlines tonight, as Yahoo! News reported this Thursday, March 14, that despite being a very busy President of the United States, Barack Obama sometimes simply wishes he could “hang out.”
With the headline, “Obama fake mustache: President Obama fantasizes about hanging out in Israel”, sources report that the President recently opened up on wishing he could just be a normal tourist at times. As he will be heading off to Israel for a business trip next week, Obama knows that his visit will be anything but anonymous.
"Sometimes I have this fantasy that I can put on a disguise, wear a fake mustache and I can wander through Tel Aviv and go to a bar and have a conversation," said the President in a recent interview taped at the White House.
While the Obama fake mustache may have made headlines, it seems all that President Obama wants are some “spontaneous interactions” while travelling the world, added the report.
"I'd love to sit at a cafe and just hang out. The last time I was there as a senator, I still had the option of wandering through the Old City of Jerusalem. That option becomes much trickier once you're actually president," he noted, hinting toward the heavy security that surrounds him during trips.
"You can't just slip out and interact with people without having a bunch of guys with machine guns with you," he added.
First Lady Michelle Obama has also made the news this week for another interesting political idea: as a running-mate for the 2016 presidential Democratic ticket. Some political figures have recently called a duo of Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton as a “dream team” in the race as potential leaders.
