A new CNN/ORC International poll finds the president Obama's disapproval rating reached 55% -- a record high, after his 'pass this [stimulus] bill' speech:
The survey reveals that 55 percent say they do not approve of how Obama is handling his duties in the White House and the number of Americans who think he is a strong leader has dropped to a new low.
As CNN put it, Obama got no bounce from the jobs stimulus/spending plan speech.
Another interesting finding of the CNN poll is that less than one in ten think Obama's policies have made the economy better.
The poll was conducted September 9-11 and has a sampling error of plus or minus 3 percent.
