Obama choice of Czars in his Shadow Government has cast doubts about his judgment and raises questions about his plans for America that conflict with the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
There has already been one resignation, that of Van Jones, the Green Czar, after his past history was exposed. The next one, the Czar that heads the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Cass Sunstein, may be the next to go.
Sustein has advocated"
a policy under which the government would "pressure" someone into concenting to have his or her organs removed for transportation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicity indicated his or her organs should not be taken.
Thus, hospitals could harvest organs from people who never gave permission to it to be done.
In his book, "Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth and Happiness" Suntein also advocates that the laws be changed for organ donation. Instead of people unless explicity choose not to have their organs donated, "presumed consent" would be used.
He admits that this could run into political problems but the government could solve them through a system of "mandated choice." Mandated choice is a process where the government forces you to make a decision.
With Mandated Choice, Americans would be required to check a box on a driver's license stating organ donation preferences and no license would be issued without it.
In the book, written with Richard H. Thaler,Suntein believes that this and other policies are necessary because people don't really make the best decisions. He beleives that government "incentives and nudges" should replace "requirements and bans".
Sustein believes:
...its time for institutions, including government, to become more user-friendly by enlisting science of choice to make life easier for people and by gently nudging them in directions that will make their lives better."
The time has arrived in Obama's presidency in that he has to answer the question of why he has chosen a Czar who advocates "mandated choice" in whether or not they want to donate their organs after death. Or will Suntein just resign so that Obama's own background will not be scrutinized to determine just what kind of "change" he brought into the White House with him.

Van Jones attacked himself by having a big mouth. Valirie Jerrett knew about this guy she the czar queen first lady knew the they all knew its the arrogance's of this white house along with the lying tour this president been on since he got to chicago that left crap and the rest of the czars need to turn in there check books it is our money anyway.
Ombma, need to get rid of.all these nuts he has for Czar.
I am a voluntary organ donor and have the little sticker on my drivers license. I encourage others to do it, but it is a choice and not some thing to be mandated by obamas organ czar.
First, Sunstein is not a "czar" - he's nominated for a position that requires Senate approval.
Second, he's far from the nutcase opponents are trying to make him out to be. No less than the Wall Street Journal endorsed his selection as a breath of libertarianism in the Obama administration.
