Approval ratings for President Obama were released by four polling groups during the last two days. According to Rasmussen Reports President Obama has a approval rating of 46% which is five points less than his disapproval rating of 51%. Gallup polling had Obama with an approval rating of 45% which was two points less than 47% who disapprove of his job performance. The Economist had Obama at 44% approval compared to 53% disapproval which is a difference of nine points. The greatest gap between approval and disapproval was with the Reuters approval rating poll. In the Reuters poll Obama had a approval rating of only 42% compared to 52% disapproval which was a difference of ten points. The Rasmussen and Gallup approval rating polls were released on August 16, 2013. The Economist and Reuters approval rating polls were released on August 15, 2013.
