Oatmeal is considered a super food packed full of omega 3 fatty acids, folate and potassium. It is a great food to jump start any day of the year. In less than fifteen minutes there can be a steamy bowl of rib sticking and filling food ready for the whole family to enjoy.
Change the way you serve oatmeal each time it is prepared with a variety of toppings. Try some honey, sugar, cinnamon sugar, jam, jelly, preserves, whole berries such as raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or slice a banana on top.
