Oasis Hair & Skin has been established in the Santa Cruz area for several years. Owners Wendy-Rae Johnson & Pamela Freitas wanted to open a salon that would cater to hair, make-up, facial, manicure, & pedicure services. But, they wanted to do it right and safe for the environment.
Wendy & Pam set out to become the first "Green" Certified salon in the Santa Cruz area, but they found out that they would be the first Certified "Green" salon in California. The owners brought in "Green" certification specialists for the lighting, products, flooring, & much more.
Pamela Freitas is not only one of the owners of Oasis Hair & Skin, but she is one of the Certified Estheticians on staff as well. Pam & Erin, utilize only organic, natural products to cleanse, detox, scrub, masque, and moisturize for a facial that leaves your face feeling fresh and smooth.
Cindy Lewis, is the resident Nail Technician at Oasis Hair & Skin. Her personality will charm you. Her knowledge of natural nail care will impress you. First of all, she brings out a beautiful antibacterial bowl filled with organic essential oils, floral petals, sea salts, and fruits to wash your feet. Then she scrubs your legs and feet, clips your nails, and moisturizes all with organic, natural products to ensure healthy natural nail care.
