Oakland Raiders Top 10 Rushing Performances List

The Oakland Raiders have release their top 10 single-game rushing performances list of their franchise history.

The Raiders official web page released the list on Wednesday, and the current Darren McFadden reached the 9th best performance by any Raider running back in the history of the team.

Number one went to Napoleon Kauffman. He ran for 227 yards against a visiting Denver Broncos back in 1997. Kauffman had one touchdown and the Raiders won 28-25.

Number two went to Bo Jackson in 1987 when he ran for 221 yards. The Raiders defeated the Seattle Seahawks as Jackson had two rushing touchdowns and one receiving TD.

Number six went to Justin Fargas. In 2007, Fargas ran for 179 yards and helped the Raiders defeat the Miami Dolphins.

Number seven went to Michael Bush for his performance in 2008. Bush had 177 yards with two touchdowns and helped defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-24.

Legendary Marcus Allen got the eight spot for his outstanding performance against the Broncos in 1985. Allen rushed for 173 yards with a touchdown and winning the game.

The ninth spot went to current running back Darren McFadden. In 2011, against the New York Jets, McFadden rushed for 171 yards and got 70-yard touchdown. The Raiders won 34-24.

Clem Daniels got the third, fourth, and tenth best performances in the Raiders running back history with Hewitt Dixon taking the fifth.
