O.J. Simpson party: Simpson has Super Bowl party behind bars

Was there and O.J. Simpson party behind bars for Super Bowl 47? Simpson may be currently serving 33 years in prison for armed robbery, but evidently that didn't slow down 'The Juice' and his Super Bowl bash.

According to the USA Today, Simpson held a Super Bowl party in his cell at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.

Since he is in Nevada, I wonder if he was able to gamble on the game too.

The USA Today reported on Feb. 13, "Simpson is one of the few inmates who has his own TV, reports The Post's Richard Johnson, so his friends crammed into his 80-square-foot cell to watch. "If you have the money, you can buy a TV at the inmate store and put it in your cell," Simpson's producer friend Norman Pardo said. There was no shortage of potential guests because he's so popular. "He's like the Godfather of the prison now," Pardo said of the one-time NFL great."

Wow, it's pretty hard to plan a Super Bowl party nowadays, but how many friends can you jam into an 80-square-foot cell?

Did anyone find out who O.J. was rooting for? It had to be the 49ers since he finished his career in San Francisco, right? Hopefully no one argued over football squares in the cell.
