NYT Bestselling authors Macomber and Thomas to visit Henderson

Robyn CarrNew York Times Bestselling authors Debbie Macomber and Jodi Thomas will take part in the Carr Chat author series hosted by Robyn Carr. The event takes place Tuesday, September 8 at noon at the Paseo Verde Library. Light refreshments will be served.

A regular on every major bestseller list with more than 100 million copies of her books in print, Debbie Macomber celebrated a new career milestone in September 2007, when the latest in her Cedar Cove series, 74 SEASIDE AVENUE, scored #1 on the NEW YORK TIMES, USA TODAY, Publishers Weekly and Bookscan bestseller lists. 

A fifth generation Texan, Jodi Thomas chooses to set the majority of her novels in her home state. Her book TO KISS A TEXAN (1999) was her first novel to score on the USA TODAY Best-selling Books list. Thomas was inducted into the RWA Hall of Fame in 2006 for winning her third RITA for THE TEXAN'S REWARD (2005). She also won the National Readers' Choice for TWISTED CREEK (2008) and TALL, DARK, AND TEXAN (2008).

NYT Bestselling author Robyn Carr has over 30 books to her credit. Her most recent are part of the Virgin River series. She lives with her husband, Jim, in Las Vegas. Carr is host to her popular Carr Chat series which draws successful authors from all over the country.

Carr Chat is free to the public, but registration is required.
