Models wore extravagant nails by Pattie Yankee during the showcase of Jay Godfrey’s collection for New York Fashion Week Fall 2014. Her nail designs featured popular nail trends like the stiletto shape, lace overlays, metallic hues and texture.

Celebrity manicurist Pattie Yankee and her team designed one-of-a-kind nail looks that perfectly complemented the “rock n roll” theme of Jay Godfrey’s apparel collection.

Using Inspire Nails in Clear Almond, Patricia Nail Lacquer in Void and embellishments to go along with Jay Godfrey’s pieces, Pattie created 3 custom nail looks to go along with the collection.

For one of the looks, she incorporated leather fringe from the collection. This look featured leather strips going down the middle of stiletto nails.

She also designed an interesting textured look. For this look, black lace was layered over Void- a Patricia Nail Lacquer.

Lastly, Pattie based a nail look on the dresses and sequins featured in the Jay Godfrey collection. She created a “V” shaped nail art design with purple hued metallic tape and black polish.
