This year the event is being held on Saturday, one day before the actual date of the holiday, so that the official St. Patrick’s Day can follow religious observance.
Try your best to show up in green outfits, as marching bands, bagpipers, and people of all varieties will be bringing the festivities to life, marching up 5th Avenue from Forty Forth Street, all the way up to Eighty Six Street.
And don’t forget, the bars will be packed with more than their fair share of singles looking to mingle, so make sure you are looking your best.
