A Georgia man is facing manslaughter charges after allegedly stealing a truck involved in a fatal collision with a New York City bus.

Police say 22-year-old Dominic Whilby of Griffin, Ga., is facing these charges along with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and felony assault.

Whilby collided with the bus sending both vehicles into a building, fatally killing bus driver, William Pena, of Hillside N.J and injuring 5 others.

According to officers in New York, the truck had been stolen early Wednesday on West 16th Street to only crash at West 14th and 7th Ave.
