Earlier this year, Hulk Hogan returned to WWE in order to be the special guest host of WWE "WrestleMania XXX," and he's done some work here and there for them. Now, WrestleZone revealed on Aug. 5, 2014, that WWE has officially announced a celebration for the Hulkster next week on "Raw," and there will be some special guests showing up. Could that mean a reunion of the nWo?
Now, even though "special guests" could mean anyone and everyone from the Hulkster's past, there are already hints being dropped online.
In the early evening of Tuesday, Scott Hall jumped on Twitter and posted a picture of himself, Kevin Nash, and Hulk Hogan talking to Vince McMahon backstage at some WWE event. The picture has the three iconic wrestlers in their nWo gear.
With it, Hall simply captioned:
It could mean nothing or it could mean a whole lot. Everyone may remember when Scott Hall started tweeting that he was going to be a part of the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame class. A couple of months later, he was inducted as he rightfully should have been.
Now, he's dropping hints that the nWo could show up on "Raw" next week and there is a good possibility of that. The other possibility is that Hall is merely having fun with the Internet and trying to drum up some gossip.
There really is no telling who could show up as the "special guests" for this Hulk Hogan celebration next week, but it's already a lot of fun to talk about.
At the WWE Hall of Fame in New Orleans back in April, Hall reunited with Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and X-Pac as The Kliq. The nWo hasn't been seen together in quite some time, and it would be a walk down memory lane for wrestlers and fans alike.
One of the biggest factions in wrestling history together for one last time? We'll see next week on WWE "Monday Night Raw."
